A small (8” blade) Officers style 3 chirra Kukri reproduction based on the original antique (see images) from the Interwar to WW2 era.The fullers have been clearly highlighted.
The blade is made with new high carbon steel and has been given an optimum heat treat and following a strict protocol of knife making based on traditional Nepalese & modern western techniques & methods. Heritage Knives does not use Kettle quench nor recycled steel and among some reasons why our blades are stronger and of a superior quality.
We make Kukris & Knives for use and blades that you can trust, its about our proud heritage & your life, we take that seriously!
This is a Kukri both for use and show, its beautiful to look at and just as lethal in use. The three Chirras (fullers) gives the Kukri an astonishing look while in use it is lighter and faster then a non fullered blade. A easy to carry Kukri which is not very large nor very small but has the best properties of a Kukri knife while maintaining its original blade size.
A lovely Kukri from the days of the British Empire in India with three fullers (3 Chirra) making the Kukri ideal in use and a beauty to look at.
The Officers small 3 chirra is a functional Kukri made for both use and to appreciate its beauty.
Launched Easter 2020 (April).
Simply fantastic!
